Assistant Vice President, Hospital at Home Atrium Health
Jen has served as the Area VP for North Carolina Hospital at Home at Atrium Health since 2024. In her role supporting North Carolina, Jen has notably expanded both the census and service lines, developing the program to function like a hospital rather than just a single unit.
With 36 years of clinical experience in acute care, home health, and inpatient rehabilitation, and hospital leadershp, she has committed her professional career to evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and lifelong learning for herself and others.
Jen graduated from Boston University in 1990 with a BS in Physical Therapy. She later earned a Master’s in Anatomy from Case Western in 1998, followed by a Doctorate in Health Science from the University of Indianapolis in 2021. Her dissertation and research focused on predicting discharge destinations after hospitalization. Jen is also passionate about teaching and frequently presents at conferences nationwide.
