Julé Frechette serves as the Acting Chief Administrative Officer for the Mass General Brigham Medical Group. A seasoned healthcare executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience, she has held senior operational roles across academic and community health systems, driving strategic growth, clinical operations, and physician practice management. Julé is recognized for her collaborative leadership, commitment to operational excellence, and dedication to advancing high-quality, patient-centered care. She holds a Master of Clinical Service Operations from Harvard Medical School and a bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Management from Providence College.
