Dr. Kenneth Morris is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. After completing his residency in Pediatrics at the UC San Diego, Pediatrics program, Dr. Morris joined North County Health Services (NCHS) as a pediatrician in August of 1996. After demonstrating excellence in leadership, in 1998, Dr. Morris was promoted to medical director and subsequently to the Chief Medical Officer position for 10 years of his 22-year tenure. While at NCHS, a large Federally Qualified Health Center in North San Diego County, Dr. Morris was entrusted with implementing a full scale, integrated quality management program while obtaining and maintaining Joint Commission accreditation/reaccreditation and had significant involvement with NCHS’, Patient Centered Medical Home recognition campaign.
