Kristy Dutton, MSN, RN, NEA-BC

Kristy Dutton MSN, RN, NEA-BC is the System Director for Hospital at Home in Fort Myers, FL. Kristy began her career at Lee Health as an Emergency Department Director. Seeing the need for capacity improvement, she transitioned to Hospital at Home and successfully launched the program in November 2024. She has since scaled to three campuses within the health system, with the final campus set to launch in March 2026. Kristy also serves as the operational leader for the Community Health Paramedicine program, a joint venture with Lee County Emergency Medical Services, which launched in July 2025.
