Libby De Bie is CEO and Executive Vice President of the Arizona Medical Association (ArMA), a physician-led and patient-focused organization that is dedicated to advocating for all Arizona physicians and providing the AZ physician community with the tools they need to provide great care for patients. With more than 20 years of nonprofit executive management experience, De Bie is focused on leadership and organizational excellence. Her areas of expertise include strategic leadership, fundraising growth, partnership cultivation, and new program development. Prior to coming to ArMA, De Bie served as the CEO & Executive Vice President of the American Society of Transplantation (AST), the largest organization of transplant professionals in North America. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and has achieved her Institute for Organization Management (IOM) designation. Prior to her career as a nonprofit executive, she was an educator.
