Nurse Manager Atrium Health Levine Children’s Pediatric Hospital at Home
Lisa Klosek, MHI, BSN, RN is the clinical leader and Nurse Manager for Atrium Health Levine Children’s Pediatric Hospital at Home program. With more than 30 years of nursing experience across ambulatory and inpatient settings, caring for both pediatric and adult patients, Lisa brings a deep and well-rounded clinical perspective to her work. She has been with Atrium Health since 2004, serving in a variety of roles that have shaped her passion for innovative care delivery.
Driven by this passion, Lisa earned her Master of Healthcare Innovation (MHI) and is currently completing her DNP in Nursing Leadership. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led virtual care initiatives for pediatric patients, helping expand access and support families during a critical time. Lisa has since been instrumental in the development and launch of several new programs and now provides clinical and operational leadership as the Nurse Manager for Levine Children’s Pediatric Hospital at Home, which launched in February 2025, advancing a patient-centered model of hospital-level care in the home.
