Mandy McGowan, RN, is the Director of Home-Based Care Services at UW Health, overseeing Home-Based Primary Care and Home-Based Hospital Care. With more than 20 years of experience in home-based care, she has held various leadership roles focused on integrating home-based services across the healthcare continuum. Prior to her work in home-based care, Mandy served as a bedside nurse, charge nurse, and flight care nurse in Neonatal ICUs in Madison, Wisconsin, and New Orleans, Louisiana.
