Maria Camilla Bucco, DO

Clinical Assistant Professor Philadelphia College Of Osteopathic Medicine

Dr. Maria Bucco has always cherished the humanities, obtaining a double major in biology, Italian language and literature at the University of Pittsburgh. While she completed her premed curriculum and a research project, the studies in the Italian department sustained her soul. Recently, she was introduced to Narrative Medicine, completing the CPA program at Columbia University. Dr. Bucco again found renewal in the humanities, embracing the arts with other health care providers. As a clinical assistant professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, she infuses her instruction with the humanities, offering another perspective to her students.
