Mary Leen, DNP, ARNP, is the Vice President of Clinical Operations and as such she is responsible for advancing the value-based growth transformation of Baptist Health of Northeast Florida and Baptist Physician Partners (BPP), the clinically integrated network of Baptist Health. Leen leads provider network expansion, innovative care model development, and strategic payer collaborations — all in alignment with Baptist Health’s transition to value models and broader health system strategies. As an Accountable Care Organization, BPP is one of the top performing ACOs in the country.
