Mary Stutts is the CEO of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), a global organization advancing women in healthcare leadership. Under her leadership, HBA has expanded its impact across 80 countries, focusing on women’s health, funding female innovators, and accelerating career development worldwide. A recognized leader in inclusive leadership and health equity, Stutts has held key roles at Genentech, Bristol Myers Squibb, Bayer, and many more. An accomplished author, her books Recurring Themes of Exclusion in the Workplace and The Missing Mentor provide guidance on workplace inclusion and career growth. Inspired by her own experience as a foster child, she founded The Center for Excellence in Life (TCEL) to mentor underrepresented youth. Stutts holds a Master of Health Administration from USC and completed Stanford’s Executive Program on Strategy and Organization.
