Matthew Richards, MD

Matthew Richards is a Senior Medical Director on the Physician Implementation and Transformation Team at Medically Home Group. He is a healthcare leader with experience in operations across the continuum of care and system-minded approach to healthcare challenges. He has over 5 years of experience in the Hospital at Home model of care and movement to decentralized care in a number of different organizations and system structures. He has helped in the launch and growth of 8 different HaH programs over the last 5 years. In addition to his work at Medically Home, he clinically practices as a hospitalist in the Oregon Health & Science University Hospital@ Home program.
