With over 25 years of experience in continuing medical education (CME) and health care quality improvement, Melissa Singleton has held senior staff positions at medical specialty societies and has also served as an executive consultant to health care organizations at national and state levels. She has a graduate degree in adult professional education/human resource development and brings extensive knowledge and expertise in educational design, research, quality measurement, and health care outreach. In her role as chief operating officer at the Home Centered Care Institute, Ms. Singleton oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of all educational programming, research initiatives, and a wide range of projects, services, and outreach aimed at expanding access to high-quality home-based primary care (HBPC) for patients who need it.
