Molly Totman, MPH

Molly joined MHQP in 2024 as Senior Director of Quality Initiatives. She has expertise in quality improvement, data integration, strategic planning, program management, and evaluation. She earned her MPH from UMass Amherst in 2014 and is currently pursuing a DrPH at Johns Hopkins. From 2014 to 2022, she worked at Caring Health Center, most recently as Quality Director. In 2022, she became Quality Director at Community Care Cooperative (C3), supporting health centers statewide in value-based care. Molly is passionate about using improvement science, qualitative methods, and participatory approaches to advance healthcare quality and equity.
