Morgan Hutchinson, MD is a physician leader and health innovation strategist serving as lead technical advisor for ARPA-H’s PARADIGM program, a federal initiative advancing access to high-quality care through distributed, tech-enabled platforms. She led the program from concept to launch, driving collaboration, technical strategy, and systems design.
A practicing emergency physician, Morgan brings clinical insight to her work in care delivery innovation. At Thomas Jefferson University, she directed the first Design Thinking curriculum at a U.S. medical school and led mobile COVID-19 testing and vaccination programs.
She has facilitated national workshops and mentored healthcare leaders in service design and systems thinking. Her work bridges front-line care and systems-level strategy to deliver real-world impact.
