Mynell Harper is the Assistant Director of Inpatient Digital Health with Oregon Health Science University (OHSU) where she is the operational leader for their Hospital at Home program. Since joining the OHSU team in November 2023, she has championed innovation that has led to expanded admission criteria for substance use disorder, surgical patients and temporary residence options.
She is a digital healthcare leader with a passion for pursuing innovation and improving health outcomes for individuals and communities. Mynell is a leader who understands the complexity of healthcare and has experience working in hospital, ambulatory, and continuum of care settings (Home Health and Skilled Nursing Facilities).
