Nicole Collins-Clagett, BSN, RN, MPA

Nicole Collins-Clagett is a Registered Nurse and transformational coach who teaches nurses and healthcare professionals how to overcome the signs and symptoms of burnout and live a life of pure joy and happiness. After working 27 years in hospitals throughout the country, she found herself in The Lone Star State of Texas working in the last part of the COVID-19 pandemic and wanted to write a book about nurses during this time. She left a lucrative position to pen “Ascending in Scrubs” based on the Law of Attraction and the art and science behind manifesting using The Nursing Process as the foundational model. From The Nursing Process, she developed her theory of The Manifestation Theory of Nursing: A new paradigm for how nurses use the Law of Attraction to align their energy and transform their lives while ascending in scrubs.
