Patrick Oben

Dr. Patrick Oben is the Founder and CEO of WellForm MD and QX Physicians, specializing in Obesity Medicine, Healthcare Quality, Wellness Coaching, and Internal Medicine. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine and holds certifications in Healthcare Quality and Wellness Coaching. He serves as the Medical Director of post-acute care facilities with Curana Health in Iowa, where he focuses on enhancing patient care in senior living communities. He has served as a physician lead in patient experience, focusing on educating physicians and other practitioners. Dr. Oben is also the founder of Scribexa, an AI startup aimed at improving the experiences of providers in creating medical documentation; the application is currently in development and not yet available to the public.
