Rami Nelson, DNP, MSN, RN, CPHQ, LSSBB

Dr. Rami Nelson is a certified professional in healthcare quality and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Rami leads the implementation and oversight of strategies designed to enhance inclusive excellence and equitable, organizational efficiency, high-quality care and patient safety across all aspects of North Oaks Health System’s operations, with nearly 20 years of applicable experience. Nelson serves among an elite group of leaders dedicated to advancing organizational leadership and performance excellence practices nationwide. Nelson aims to enhance organizational performance and competitiveness through creativity and innovation. Dr. Nelson is a three-time graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned a Doctor of Nursing practice degree with a concentration in Executive Nurse Leadership, a master’s degree in nursing administration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
