Regis Zamudio is a Vice President at Elara Caring, a home health, hospice, and personal care in-home provider. Regis oversees the ElaraConnect platform which aims to leverage technology to identify patient care needs on and off service. The ElaraConnect suite of programs includes remote patient monitoring, change in condition triage, transition services for hospice and palliative care, as well as post-discharge follow-up for prior patients. Regis has deep familiarity with Elara’s personal care operations, having previously led the Medicaid funded service line providing services to nearly 25,000 clients across ten states. Prior to joining Elara Caring, Regis began his career in M&A financial services as a financial due diligence consultant to private equity clients in New York City.
