Sarah Small

Sarah Small is a digital health leader with over a decade of experience at the intersection of clinical development, commercialization, and patient-centered innovation. She currently serves as Director of Health Experience (HX) Development at Otsuka Precision Health, where she leads applied evidence generation and implementation strategies for Rejoyn, a prescription digital therapeutic for Major Depressive Disorder. She also plays a key role in shaping regulatory strategy for Otsuka’s digital therapeutic portfolio. Additionally, Sarah leads the development of a first-of-its-kind, technology-enabled health coaching initiative designed to deliver an integrated digital product and service supporting women navigating menopause through personalized consumer health solutions.
