Shira Hollander is the Director of Federal and State Strategy for Medically Home. In this role, Shira develops and executes Medically Home’s advocacy strategy for legislation and regulation that supports our mission of moving a substantial share of hospital volume into patients’ preferred sites of care. Shira also advises all Medically Home business functions on operating in compliance with federal and state regulations. She provides key insight to
Medically Home customers on navigating barriers to implementing federal and state rules and represents Medically Home at meetings with government and other officials and in multi-stakeholder coalitions. Prior to joining Medically Home, Shira was a Senior Associate Director for Policy at the American Hospital Association (AHA).
