Stefan Grow is a government affairs advisor and consultant with Johnson & Blanton in Tallahassee, Florida. He is a seasoned veteran of Florida’s legislative process and a respected authority on healthcare and Medicaid policy in the state after serving as Chief of Staff and General Counsel at the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA)—one of the nation’s largest Medicaid programs. As Chief of Staff, he served as AHCA’s second-in-command, providing executive direction to the leadership team and acting as the primary liaison between AHCA and the Executive Office of the Governor. His portfolio included oversight of AHCA’s legislative affairs, communications, information technology, and Washington, D.C. office. Over the course of his tenure, he also managed, at various times, the agency’s procurement office, human resources, and key components of the Medicaid program.
