Tessa Peredy is a third-year medical student at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She serves as the Education and Research Co-Chair for AMWA Physicians Against the Trafficking of Humans (PATH), working to enhance educational resources for medical professionals on identifying human trafficking. In addition to her work with AMWA-PATH, she is passionate about immigrant and refugee healthcare, with a focus on maternal morbidity and mortality among immigrants in the United States.
