Tiffany Moreno is a healthcare workforce development leader, phlebotomy educator, and Program Manager at Berkshire Community College. With nearly a decade of clinical laboratory and phlebotomy experience in hospital, outpatient, and functional medicine settings, she brings expertise in patient safety, quality assurance, workforce training, and healthcare operations. Tiffany is passionate about expanding access to healthcare careers and advancing health equity, particularly within Hispanic and Latino communities. She serves as a Board Member for Berkshire United Way, is a recipient of the Berkshire 40 Under 40 Award, and has presented at regional and national conferences, including the New England Rural Health Association and HRSA’s national webinar series
