Tommy Rowley is a Senior Director of Customer Insights for the KLAS Arch Collaborative and oversees the analysis and consulting for participating organizations. His team focuses on helping organizations identify key areas of opportunity in improving the EHR experience for their clinical end users. He was born and raised in southern California, completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and currently resides in Pleasant Grove, Utah with his wife Ashley and their baby Bernedoodle, Harley.
