Yan Hao, MHA, MEd, CMRP, CVAHP

Yan Hao, MHA, MEd, CMRP, CVAHP, is the Executive Director of Value Analysis at Beth Israel Lahey Health in Boston. With over a decade of experience advancing clinically integrated value analysis strategy, Hao has led enterprise wide value analysis transformation from a single hospital to a 14-hospital integrated delivery network. She has spearheaded complex data integrations involving GHX/Lumere, Workday and Epic transitions, and HealthTrust GPO implementation – delivering significant cost savings while advancing process standardization and evidence-based decision making. Hao began her career by founding a university-based psychology counseling center before pursuing her Masters of Healthcare Administration.
