Share your innovation in a fast-paced, highly interactive format designed for real-world learning and peer exchange. These Continuum Care Briefings feature 5–6 stations in one room, running as a concurrent breakout experience. Presenters deliver a focused 5-minute overview followed by 10 minutes of discussion, Q&A, and practical dialogue with a small group of engaged delegates. Attendees rotate stations every 15 minutes, creating multiple opportunities for connection, feedback, and insight.
