Dr. Dan Weberg is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and an expert in nursing, healthcare innovation, and complex systems leadership. He has extensive clinical experience in emergency departments, acute in-patient hospital settings, and academia.
Weberg supports Kaiser Permanente as the Executive Director of Nursing Workforce Development and Innovation building nursing workforce planning, a system-level new grad residency program, and other system-level nursing workforce initiatives. He also has held leadership roles at KP in nursing innovation, research, and technology strategy across eight regions, 38 hospitals, 70,000 nurses. He was part of the founding faculty for the new Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine.
Greta Rosler is a Registered Nurse and healthcare leader with nearly 30 years of experience caring for humans, with 15 years spent in nursing & patient experience leadership. Previously, Rosler was a nurse leader, patient experience executive, and system lead for the Emerging Nurse Leader professional development program within the Geisinger Health System. Following her dynamic role at Geisinger, she served as Director of Program Strategy, a Relationship-Centered Communication © facilitator and coach, and leader of the patient engagement and patient partnership infrastructure for the Academy of Communication in Healthcare (ACH). Through Radius Leaders, Rosler and her team of expert facilitators and coaches — each of whom have advanced credentials coupled with dynamic clinical experience — support operational leaders in healthcare to build or refine specific competencies.
Jared Fesler brings over a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and strategic growth to his role as Director of Communications & Programs at ANA\California. Since joining the organization, Fesler has led digital expansion, program development, and member engagement — strengthening ANA\California’s voice across policy, media, and advocacy landscapes.
